As the founder and CEO of Lexicon Lens, she partners with forward-thinking organizations to tackle high-stakes challenges across HR, marketing, sales, DEI, membership, and events—translating complexity into clear, actionable strategy.

Anna-Sophia specializes in designing integrated, people-centered strategies that drive business outcomes—whether restructuring teams, advancing enterprise-wide cultural change, or building leadership development systems that scale. AnnaSophia is currently ABD in her PhD in Professional Practice (Industrial-Organizational Psychology) at Canterbury Christ Church University. She also holds an MSc in Neuroscience and Leadership Development from Middlesex University, and professional certifications in Business Strategy (Harvard Business School) and Diversity & Inclusion for HR (Cornell University). She teaches graduate courses on organizational transformation, culture, and strategy at the University of Denver, where she helps emerging leaders connect real-world business strategy with organizational effectiveness.
